General Practitioner (Friday AM Session)
 
Base: Clock Tower Surgery, Exeter, Devon
Hours: 4.5 hours per week (Friday 8:30am–1:00pm)
Contract: 12-month fixed-term, salaried
Start Date: November/December 2025
Salary: £10,500/session
 
Inclusion Health Devon CIC has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate GP to join our friendly, supportive team at Clock Tower Surgery in central Exeter.
 
Inclusion Health Devon CIC is a not-for-profit organisation providing high-quality, trauma-informed primary care to people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage. We operate across two dedicated sites, Clock Tower Surgery in Exeter and The Freedom Centre in Barnstaple and work closely with local partners to offer healthcare that is accessible, compassionate, and flexible to the needs of our patients.
 
We are looking for a dedicated and values-driven General Practitioner to join our Clock Tower Surgery team for one session per week, every Friday morning. You will work alongside another GP and our experienced nurse team to deliver a walk-in service, seeing patients for same-day clinical needs. This is not a list-based role, there is no responsibility for a registered patient list  but there will be some admin including prescriptions, test results, and occasional letters.
 
Our patients may have experienced rough sleeping, insecure housing, substance use, mental illness, or contact with the criminal justice system. Experience in substance misuse or complex mental health is helpful but not essential what matters most is your ability to engage with people non-judgementally and provide holistic, person-centred care.
