Ordering Medication
Some patients will have regular monthly or weekly repeat prescriptions. Requests for the next repeat prescription need to be made at least two days (48 hours) before the patient runs out of medication. Please try to plan ahead for any Bank Holidays or times when the pharmacy may be closed.
You can contact the surgery by telephone, in person, or using the app/online by clicking here to request any repeat prescriptions.

Existing patients can submit requests for non-urgent medical or admin queries online. Complete an online form in your own time.
Your request will be reviewed by a member of the admin team within 2 working days, and will be triaged so that your query is dealt with by the most appropriate member of staff. This may not necessarily be a GP.
